Annealing atmosphere: Generally, pure hydrogen is used as the annealing atmosphere, and the purity of the atmosphere is greater than 99.99%. If the other part of the atmosphere is an inert gas, the purity can be reduced, but it must not contain excessive oxygen and water vapor.
