(1) When using oil casing to transport water, ensure that the water quality is up to standard before use. Separate cleaning and injection should be carried out during discharge. Strengthen the cleaning of the main water pipeline during oil casing use to ensure that no corrosive substances remain inside the pipeline after use. Ensure the oil casing can be returned to zero during use.
(2) For water injection wells already in production, add annular protective fluid to the oil casing during use. Regularly adding protective fluid should be a principle. Only by regularly adding fluid to the oil casing can the oil casing be used for durable service.
(3) When using oil casing, there will be mechanical scratches, which will affect the corrosion protection of the oil casing and accelerate the corrosion of the oil casing. It is recommended to add a rubber ring to the oil pipe coupling when using oil casing, so as to reduce the corrosion of the oil casing.
