Coal pitch anti-corrosion (made from epoxy resin, coal pitch, anti-rust pigments, additives, and modified amines). This product has the advantages of quick drying, good adhesion, good flexibility, two-component packaging, and convenient construction. Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, salt-resistant, water-resistant, and oil-resistant.
(3) Epoxy powder anti-corrosion (the electrostatic spraying process is used to coat epoxy powder on the surface of the steel pipe to form a film at one time. This coating has the advantages of simple coating operation, no pollution, good impact resistance, and bending resistance, and high-temperature resistance. The main standards for FBE epoxy powder anti-corrosion are SY/T0315-1997 “Technical Standard for Fused Epoxy Powder Outer Coating for Steel Pipes” and SY/T0413-2002 “Technical Standard for Outer Coating of Buried Steel Pipes Polyethylene 2PE/ 3PE anti-corrosion outer coating” (test).

Large-diameter anti-corrosion steel pipes refer to spiral steel pipes with a diameter greater than 1m. The 1m diameter is a watershed in the production process of spiral steel pipes. First, producing spiral steel pipes with a diameter of 1m requires a larger unit, and then when the diameter exceeds 1m, especially when the wall thickness is thin, production becomes more difficult. This requires experienced technical personnel to participate in the production operation, otherwise problems such as unqualified diameter and weld quality defects will easily occur.
