Stainless steel pipe surface finish grade

Original surface: NO.1 surface subjected to heat treatment and pickling treatment after hot rolling. Generally used for cold-rolled materials, industrial tanks, chemical industrial equipment, etc., the thickness is thicker from 2.0MM to 8.0MM. The stainless steel pipe processing factory also has a matte surface. After NO. 2B cold rolling, it is heat treated, pickled, and then finished rolling to make the surface moderately bright. Due to the smooth surface, it is easy to regrind to make the surface brighter and has a wide range of uses, such as tableware, building materials, etc. With a surface treatment to improve mechanical properties, it is suitable for almost all applications.

Blunt surface: No. 2D after heat treatment and pickling after cold rolling, the material is soft and the surface is silvery white, used for deep drawing processing, such as automobile components, water pipes, etc. Coarse sand NO.3 is a product that is ground with a No. 100-120 grinding belt. Has better gloss, with discontinuous coarse grain. Used for building interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products and kitchen equipment, etc. Fine sand is also a surface finish product that stainless steel pipe processing plants often produce.

In addition to the above divisions, there are many other surface grades of stainless steel pipe products produced by stainless steel pipe processing plants. The bright surface is a kind of special surface brightness, which can be directly used to make mirrors, other decorative products, etc. It is beautiful and generous and can maintain brightness for a long time, so there is no need to worry about being corroded. Specifically, what kind of surface processing grade should be selected depends on the characteristics of the product, to be as beautiful and practical as possible.
