What are the classifications of coating methods for large-diameter plastic-coated steel pipes for water delivery

The coating methods of plastic coating equipment for large-diameter water-conveying plastic-coated steel pipes are divided into two categories: internal coating and external coating at the same time, and internal coating and external coating separately.

Technological coating methods are also divided into two categories: internal coating first, then external coating; external coating first, then internal coating.

There are five types of internal coating methods: well coating, extension rod spraying without the electrostatic gun, push-pull rod spraying without an electrostatic powder pump, powder deduction, and vacuum suction coating.

There are four types of external coating methods: well coating, electrostatic spraying, fluidized bed dip coating, and waterfall shower coating.

Internal and external coatings are mostly carried out simultaneously in two ways: well coating (internal coating and external coating) and fluidized bed dip coating (external dip coating, push-pull rod spraying without electrostatic powder pump inside).
